Celebrating 7 Years of Building Better Workplaces

People Bright Consulting celebrates our 7th Anniversary this month, and it feels wonderful to get to this milestone!

As a serial entrepreneur, People Bright is the culmination of my work in business and entrepreneurship. This is the company I wanted to create and do things I wanted to do. Yes, I have a passion for the work, and it brings joy daily because of it.

At 7 years, I am more focused and targeted on what I do, who I do it for and why. I want to help people-centric business owners and HR professionals who want to create a place where “people love what they do and love where they work” but do not have the time or the “know-how” to do so. And if you think it can’t happen, we can help. 

At 7 years old, I know that our approach, using the REVUP principles and Fascination, is simple, effective and practical in helping to achieve it. That’s the difference between starting a business and maturing as a business. 

At first, you’re learning and trying to figure out what you want and can do. And over the years, you begin to hone the work based on what you do best, what your clients need, and what you are passionate about and enjoy doing.

On this 7th Anniversary, I want to thank those who have touched my life and shaped me as a person and a businesswoman. Thanks to my clients, staff, associates, affiliates, coaches, accountability partners, colleagues, collaborators, referral partners, podcast guests, and my family. Special thanks to iTRANS Consulting, our former company, and the staff who were a big part of the success and journey that shaped my life and created that special place where many of us “loved what we did and loved where we worked.” As part of People Bright, I get to remember that wonderful place and help others create a better, healthier workplace.
