Celebrating 5 Years of Building Better Workplaces

On February 6th, we celebrated our 5th anniversary at People Bright Consulting.

As the Founder, I created People Bright Consulting and the REVUP concept to make a difference in the lives of Business Owners and their staff. REVUP stands for Respect, Equality, Valued, Uniqueness and Potential. The REVUP concept was based on the success that my husband and I had building iTRANS Consulting into an award-winning Best Workplace in Canada, top 10 twice. REVUP was created to share the essential values to motivate and uplift teams. 

Yes, I am bragging about that and very proud of what we created. It validates that you can create a company where people love what they do and love where they work. So when I founded People Bright, I wanted to help other companies who see people as their greatest assets have a way to make that happen.

We take this opportunity to thank all of our clients, partners, colleagues and team members, past and present, for joining us on this incredible journey over the last 5 years! I especially want to thank my team for helping to build People Bright - Nicky, Dianne and Pari, Jenny, Fernanda, Beverly, Stephen and Michaela.

Special thanks to associations like BWYNR and Richmond Hill Board of Trade for recognizing our work in promoting HR Literary and during COVID-19, respectively. We are also grateful for our work, partnerships and affiliations over the years with GroYourBiz, ICS (International Cannabis Solutions), BNG Connectors, HR Covered (formerly HRprimed), Powerful Women Today, Fascination Advantage®, Women Who Boss Up, Go Innovation and the Dream Team.
